AB Phillips Incident Management Service provides you with around-the-clock incident assistance whenever and wherever you need it.  We have incident management experts on stand-by ready to provide assistance with:

  • medical requirements
  • relaying messages to vital people
  • arranging alternative transport
  • towing
  • insurance claim lodgement via AB Phillips

This service is available to all Private Clients with a Motor Vehicle Policy.

Please ensure you get all details of all vehicles and drivers involved including:

  • Personal details including name, address and contact phone numbers
  • The registration, make, year and model of the vehicle
  • Details of who was driving the vehicle or responsible for it at the time of the incident
  • Details of any other person or vehicle involved, including name, address, contact phone numbers and registration number
  • A brief description of the accident or theft, and the damage to your vehicle

We will arrange for an assessment of your claim and notify you in due course.
