Austbrokers Phillips launches NEW Incident Management Service for it's Private Clients

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering our Private Client Motor Vehicle Policy Holders a brand new service.  

From Monday, 2nd March, our clients will have around-the-clock access to incident assistance whenever and wherever they need it.  We have partnered with Indigo Accident Solutions to provide this service.  Indigo will have incident management experts on stand-by ready to provide assistance with:

  • medical requirements
  • relaying messages to vital people
  • arranging alternative transport which may include a Hire Car
  • towing the vehicle

Insurance claim lodgement and follow-up will remain a core part of our Claims Department’s role here at Austbrokers Phillips.  

This service is available to clients 24-hours, 7-days per week by calling our hotline on 1300 768 007.
