As Covid-19 vaccinations are rolled out throughout Australia, some businesses have had to consider updating their internal vaccination policy or creating a new policy for their business.

Under Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws, employers are required to consult with employees and their Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) on any WHS matters (including introducing and updating WHS policies) so we encourage you to give your employees and HSRs an opportunity to provide feedback, and then consider their views before making a decision on next steps.
