Catherine's Experience:

Catherine is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of expertise in financial and management accounting in the SME sector.

Catherine joined the business in the role of Finance Manager in 2004. At this time, the business was called ‘Phillips Insurance Brokers’. Over the last 19 years Catherine has managed the Finance and Administration team.

Skilful in leading financial operations, Catherine oversees the timely delivery of all internal and external financial reporting, organisational budgeting, assessment of organic and acquisition expansion opportunities and ensures key financial information is readily available to support management’s strategic decisions.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
