Troy's Experience:

Troy Mansell is AB Phillips' CEO. He joined AB Phillips in October 2007 when his workers compensation consulting company was purchased by AB Phillips, and was promoted to CEO in 2009. Since then, Troy has focused on building the AB Phillips business into a fully integrated insurance, financial services and risk management firm.

Troy has a background in Business Development and has used these skills to develop new channels of business and a stronger local area presence.

Aligning the business around meeting client’s needs is a goal Troy set out to achieve when he took on the role of CEO. Under his leadership AB Phillips developed two distinct divisions; Business which provides insurance, risk and financial services to business; and Personal which provides financial planning, insurance, accounting and finance services to private clients.
