Tania’s Experience:

Tania is an accomplished, commercially focused leader with experience across multiple industry sectors with businesses of all sizes. She has an ability to lead from the front and think strategically whilst still maintaining the aptitude for a hands-on approach to operational matters.
Tania joined AB Phillips in 2016 with the acquisition of HR Services company, hranywhere. Tania was the General Manager of this business. Prior to Tania’s most recent role of COO of AB Phillips Group, she held the roles of Director Operations and General Manager Insurance and Risk. As COO, Tania manages and leads the strategic and operational aspects of AB Phillips Group.

Tania brings to her role experience accumulated from a number of senior operational and HR roles spanning over 25 years with some of Australia’s leading organisations such as Coles Myer, Target, Kmart, Coles Myer Supply Chain to name a few. Additionally, during her 8 years as a consultant, Tania worked with an array of organisations leading several strategic business initiatives and improvement projects.
In conjunction with Tania’s corporate and consulting experience she has also owned and managed her own small businesses giving her a unique ability to understand the operational and strategic needs of businesses of all sizes. Tania is also a member of several community-based committees across education and sports.

Tania holds various qualifications in business, project management, human resources, employee relations and adult learning, which coupled with her multi industry experience allows her to bring an insight into the common strategic and operational issues that affect organisations. At AB Phillips, Tania thrives on achieving the operational and strategic objectives of the AB Phillips group whilst delivering exceptional service and support to the operation and stakeholders.
